Acceptance

By using XD Bot in any Discord server or direct message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

Eligibility

Permitted Use

You agree not to:

Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages
Use automated tools or macros to interact with the Bot
Attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the Bot's code
Use the Bot to harass or harm other users
Manipulate or corrupt data belonging to other users

Virtual Items

All in-bot currency (Primogems), characters, and items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold for real money or exchanged for any goods or services.

Service Availability

XD Bot is provided as-is and may be unavailable at any time for maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Account Actions

We reserve the right to reset, suspend, or permanently ban any user's Bot data for violations of these terms or abuse.

Data We Collect

When you interact with XD Bot, the following is stored:

Discord User ID and username
Primogem balance
Gacha character collection
XP, level, and achievement progress
Marriage status (partner's User ID)
Daily claim and vote timestamps
Team and exploration state
AFK status (in-memory only, not persisted)

Server Data

Discord Guild (Server) ID
Level-up announcement channel ID
Invite tracking channel ID
Invite usage records

How We Use It

All data is used exclusively to operate the Bot's features. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not store message content.

Data Deletion
